Yin Yoga
Workshops 2026

This 2.5-hour extended Yin workshop is designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners who want to explore the practice in more depth.

Through longer-held postures, we’ll target key areas such as the hips, spine, and shoulders, focusing on how the body feels rather than how it looks. The practice weaves together anatomical insight with Yin and 5 Elements theory, alongside breath awareness, gentle visualisation, and quiet enquiry.

This is an invitation to slow down, deepen your understanding, and experience Yin in a way that is both practical and profoundly experiential.
