My story

I’m passionate about helping people explore their journey of self-discovery through the lens of Yin Yoga, coaching, and mentoring. My path began with navigating challenging experiences, stress, and self-doubt. Through yoga, meditation, and spiritual counselling and coaching, I reconnected with my authentic and resilient self.

For over 13 years, I’ve been devoted to personal growth, learning from my own experiences and the incredible teachers and clients who’ve inspired me along the way.  After leaving a successful but unaligned career, I travelled through Asia to study yoga and meditation, discovering a deeper sense of purpose, peace and connection.
As an experienced facilitator and Yin Yoga Trainer, I integrate the healing wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine into my classes, workshops, training, and retreats, creating space for softening, deepening self-connection and compassion. My teachings are a blend of TCM concepts, psycho-emotional awareness, and Buddhist philosophy—offering a holistic approach that bridges body, mind, and spirit.

I welcome anyone interested in deepening their personal practice or having the desire to teach and share with others. My guidance helps students and practitioners connect more deeply with themselves in order to integrate their learning, and share their teachings if they wish, with authenticity and confidence. My coaching and mentoring help to “peel back the layers” and cultivate a much deeper connection of body, mind, heart, and awareness, supporting clarity, resilience, and true alignment in life.
