What to expect

How the week unfolds

  • Day One is dedicated to arriving—both physically and energetically. We begin by settling into the space, meeting the group, and grounding into the  intention of the training. You’ll receive an introduction to the philosophy of Yin Yoga, the role of fascia in the practice, and an overview of the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This gentle opening day prepares your body, mind, and nervous system for the deeper journey ahead.
  • From Day Two onward, we explore and live each element in turn. Every day is devoted to one of the Five Elements, weaving its qualities into our movement, breathwork, workshops, posture labs, meals, and reflections. This immersive approach allows you to experience the elements not just intellectually, but energetically and somatically—feeling their influence through your practice and throughout your day.
