Terms & conditions

1. Deposit and Payment Deadlines
Upon acceptance into the program, a non-refundable deposit of £300 of the total fee is required to secure your place.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the program start date.

2. Cancellation Policy
8 weeks or more before the start date:
If cancellation occurs 8 weeks or more prior to the program start date, a 5% processing fee of the total program fee will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded. Alternatively, the full amount (minus the processing fee) can be applied to a future program.

8 weeks before start date: If cancellation occurs within 8 weeks of the program start date, 50% of the total fee will be forfeited, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Less than 30 days before start date: No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start date.

3. Non-Refundable Program Fees
All payments are non-refundable, we highly recommend that you take out insurance in the case of illness.

4. Your responsibility
You agree to take full responsibility of your actions and choices relating to the my training  programme. Verity Sawyer does not warrant or guarantee any results from the use, access, or participation in the retreat programme.You agree that results related to the program will vary depending on circumstances and are out of the retreat  control such as your level of commitment and consistency.

5. Program Cancellation
The program reserves the right to cancel any training before it begins. In such cases, all payments made by applicants will be refunded in full.

6. Confidentiality
Trust and confidentiality are paramount to the my trainings  when it comes to safeguarding your privacy, and every effort is made to prevent unauthorised disclosure or dissemination of this information. It is our guarantee that no one else will have access to your personal information.

7. Bad Conduct
No refunds will be provided if a student is removed from the program due to bad conduct. This includes violations of the Code of Conduct, harassment, bullying, or any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive to the program or fellow students.
